Norio Okada

Norio Okada is currently Professor for Integrated Disaster Risk Management at the Research Center for Disaster Reduction Systems at Kyoto University.

He is member of the Japan Society for Risk Research, Chairman of Japan Council of Natural Disasters and Council Member of JSCE (Japan Society for Civil Engineers).
