Qian Ye

Qian Ye studied Meteorology and Atmospheric Dynamics at Peking University. He obtained his Ph.D. in 1993 from the University of Colorado, where he is currently working as well as research scientist in the field of capacity building.

He worked within several research Projects in China and the United States and is author of various books and reports.
